Information you choose to provide

The assistance form may ask for your name, phone number, vehicle make and model, registration, vehicle location, preferred date, problem description and selected vehicle photos. The website uses these details in your browser to prepare an assistance request.

How the form works

The website does not upload selected photos to a website server or store the form submission in a website database. On supported secure devices, the form can pass the prepared request and selected photos to your device's share panel; you then choose WhatsApp or a WhatsApp contact shortcut. If photo sharing is unavailable or fails, the form and selected photos remain on the page instead of sending a text-only request. Once information is shared with another app, it is handled under that app's own terms and privacy practices.

How information may be used

Information you send may be used to respond to your enquiry, assess whether assistance is available, prepare an estimate, arrange a booking, provide a service, communicate about the job and meet legal or record-keeping obligations.

Sharing and retention

Information will not be sold. It may be shared only where reasonably required to provide the requested service, obtain parts or specialist support, process an authorised business requirement, or comply with law. Business communications and job records may be retained for operational, legal and accounting purposes.

Maps and external services

This website includes Google Maps and links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and telephone services. Those services may collect technical or usage information under their own privacy policies. No Google Analytics or other advertising tracker is currently declared on this version of the website.
